7. Unless La. doubled its population in the last decade, that's LA-02.
Cao was only in there in the first place because "Dollar Bill" Jefferson was too corrupt even for Louisiana.

Colleen Hanabusa is going to thrash Charles Djou in HI-01. Djou only won in a three-way special election (no primaries) with another Dem (sort of) candidate who wouldn't drop out. :grr:
