All political disagreement over the details of this "deal" aside, you know I'm right.

1. Yes, and how sad the entirety of our political debate is calibrated on a GOP scale...
...when when Democratic Presidents with legislative majorities are making their calculations...

4. Good, fricken, grief ...
this only allows a brief reprieve until the moment he signs the bill ...

It will then return to the right wing, with the "liberal media" in tow, calling him the most partisan, socialist, puppy beating, communist, muslim president we have ever had ...

It just CANNOT be overstated how bad a deal this is ...

2. Sad, but true.
And, while I am very ticked off at the President and the Democrats, I DO understand that they are damned if they do, damned if they don't. I just wish they would stop taking the easier route.

3. That Palin woman hasn't said a thing...
.... and when that Palin woman is silent, that means we're winning. ;)

5. Because republicans are known for sticking together
and democrats are known for caving in.

You can't blame the media for a meme that has been earned through behavior.

6. Notice the media spin ... its all about him ...
"breaking his promise on tax cuts for the rich, and sending the deficit higher" ...

If he let them expire, they'd be saying "he broke his promise to not raise taxes on the middle class, AND he let unemployed go hungry at Christmas.
