35. I'm thinking our progressive friends

will be ok after a while. The outrage (God Bless Sen Sanders!) is completely justified. The opposition to the tax bill should be expressed. I understand and share the frustration. But, there are several bills they need to pass in the lame duck. We need to get what we can now, and then shape now through the 2012 elections around the differences between what they would do going forward vs. what we would do. Our friends will come back and hopefully bring with them more progressive members of Congress in 2012.
