A year from now, do we have another debate about extending unemployment benefits?

And will the Repubs vote against it? What will the Democrats use for leverage when there is no taxcuts to extend? Will they still fight for the unemployed anyway? Will they succeed? Or will the Repubs block them at every turn?

And how will that argument a year from now be different from the argument now??
