Or so we must assume. Odd. What is a solidaritist to do? Which Democrats should one be in perpetual solidarity with?

3. There's more to the tax issue than just letting them all expire. That was
never the plan, either for Obama or the Democrats in Congress.

6. That's what happens when you lose the House of Reps without
securing the tax deal you were hoping to get. You can call it blinking, or compromise--but either way, the time for acting like we have the upper hand is gone.
