GOV. GEORGE W. BUSH (R-TX), PRESIDENT-ELECT: I told all four that there were going to be some times where we don't agree with each other. But that's OK. If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.

Imagine if President Obama said this in the midst of the tax debate ? Every media outlet and right-wing pundit would be pouncing on him for it.
Then he should remind them about this phrase GW said and ask what's the difference in his saying it and GW just to shut them up for once.
And that's exactly what he should be doing. He should bring the argument that the people want fair taxation for all. But it seems by surrounding
himself with Wall Street and Washington elites he forgot who put him where he is.

The "privileged few" are select corporations, Wall Street banks, and individuals with more money than many countries in the world. They tell the Republicans what they want and the Republicans "make it happen". Money and power go hand-in-hand.
