. . .continue to attack POTUS or will we stop our infighting long enough to realize who the real political enemy is?

1. Is that a serious question?
I am not sure what some DUers would do with themselves during the day if they did not attack Obama 24/7.

With regard to the part of the HCR that was found to be "unconstitutional," if that section of the law is taken out, the entire legislation will not be able to move forward or it will costs much more than originally planned.

3. You fatally undercut your case against infighting by engaging in it yourself.

"Opponents of healthcare reform have won a court case, we should oppose it" is (very possibly - I don't know the details of this court case) an excellent point to raise.

But once you try to link it to stopping criticising Obama, you fatally undercut your own case - a) you've all but guaranteed that this will turn into a threat about infighting with occasional mentions of healthcare reform and b) you've arguably made yourself a hypocrite by engaging in infighting while condemning others for doing so.

You'd get much better results if you reposted this without mention of anything except the court case.

6. Lately it's been hard to tell who the real political enemy is.
