7. I agree. This is one of the few things where I will go on record as saying that if
this does not pass it is completely the fault of the Senate and GOP. There is no way Obama can play hardball with this and get the needed 67 votes to ratify.

I will, also, say that there is reason the GOP should try and make him play hardball. There is nothing wrong with this treaty.
