Had more people voted for Clinton, perhaps the primaries would have been the only opportunity there would have been to vote for him. At least with her we pretty much knew what we were getting. I live in Montana, which is a red state, so I don't think my Presidential vote matters as much as it would in a purple State. If I lived in a purple State, I would feel happy I voted for him, as opposed to sitting quietly by while the Republicans were voting. The Democrats piss me off, but the Republicans are over the top.

The tax thing bugs the hell out of me, yes, but it's not the only issue. He's done a lot of good with some room for improvement.

I was excited and most involved in decades.

I will vote for Obama in 2012 if he is Democratic candidate at the GOP and third parties are likely to be nightmares or counter productive.

I was happy in 2008 and disappointed to that my perception is that Obama and inmates lack any integrity yet given the choice of GOP or Dem will vote Democratic again in 2012 regardless of the candidate (and in general I am pleased at the state level with Democratic votes -- Brown, Boxer, Thompson and Federal level -- DiFi is dead to me in the future ut always had my vote in the past).

I am happy but more disappointed than I had conceived possible.

I did not see a lot of difference between Obama and Clinton. I think that she would have had just as hard of a time. I doubt if I would have issues with Clinton either.

We have very serious problems. First and foremost is the economy. Next is Wall Street; completely corrupt, morally and intellectually. Then , all the other issues. Two huge problems, and a long list of other problems.

My quarrel is that the two big problems were not handled well. We will continue to have a hard time owing to that mediocre performance by Congress and the WH. I balme Congress much more than Obama for that performance.

82. I'm happy with both the votes I cast in the 2008 presidential election. I have no regrets in

supporting Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination. And I have no regrets in voting for Barack Obama in the general election.

McCain and Palin's conduct since losing should give us all a good idea as to what the country would look like right now if they had won.

My biggest regret is that George Bush was ever elected. He caused lasting damage to this country which will take us quite some time to undo.
