A 2-2 draw.
The Republicans won on the tax cuts and the DREAM act.

The Democrats won on DADT and the START treaty.

Not great, considering that the Democrats control both houses and the presidency, but a hell of a lot better than it could have been considering that the US system of government means that the Republicans can block anything they don't like even so.

Indys dig the tax cut deal and Hispanics hate them for kiling the Dream Act... Repealing DADT and passing START enjoy broad, popular support...
