1. How inappropriate it will be for MSM to give him signficant attention...
But, of course they will-- quite out of proportion to his support. :eyes:

“John McCain would be sitting in the White house today if he had tackled the Birther issue,” Martin says. “Conventional Republicans are afraid to raise the question of Obama’s origins. That’s why Republican presidential primary voters deserve the option of voting for me as a Republican Birther.

OH MY! He is a piece of WORK! This from Wikipedia:

Martin had been described by state psychiatrists as having a "moderately severe character defect manifested by well-documented ideation with a paranoid flavor and a grandiose character."

...

Martin has been labeled a vexatious litigant by numerous federal and state courts. As early as 1982, Edward Weinfeld, a federal judge for the Southern District of New York, observed that he had a tendency to file "a substantial number of lawsuits of a vexatious, frivolous and scandalous nature."

A number of these filings were anti-Semitic in nature. In his motion for the 1983 bankruptcy case, he called the judge "a crooked, slimy Jew who has a history of lying and thieving common to members of his race." In another motion that year, Martin stated, "I am able to understand how the Holocaust took place, and with every passing day feel less and less sorry that it did." He went on to say that "Jew survivors are operating as a wolf pack to steal my property." When later pressed in an interview about his remarks, Martin claimed that the anti-Semitic comments were inserted into his court papers by malicious judges.

This, my friends, is the Republican party.

3. Birthers believe
that one cannot be a natural born citizen unless they are the child of two parents who were both citizens at the time of birth. The word is out that Martin can't pass that test. Yet, he plans to make the issue of Obama's natural born citizenship the centerpiece of his campaign.

Here's a NYT link, with information much like that in a previous post here.
