This is the real answer to solving budget woes of Wisconsin (and all other states)
The solution to the budget problem in Wisconsin is really, really simple.

Pay all teachers and other public employees $10 a week, no benefits and non-negotiable.

All the costs and debts of salaries, pension and health care plans would be shrunk down to almost nothing.

Problem solved.

....I am now waiting for a call from Fox news to hire me as a news analyst.

1. Why $10?
That's too much. Maybe someone will do it for $7.

5. Outsource public schooling to India
Pay $1 a week instead.

Of course this would make for a long bus ride for students, but we all have to make sacrifices for the sake of fiscal austerity.

3. That still misses the elephant in the room: socialist transportation policy
Most states have monopolistic control over thousands of miles of roadways which could be better managed by the private sector. Until this socialist infrastructure is turned over to the nurturing hands of the free market, it will continue to be one of the largest examples of big government bleeding the taxpayers.

And I'm an ill-tempered, overweight, middle aged white guy. So if you're not getting that call, it's because they're on the phone with me.

4. Yes, we should all have to pay a $5 private toll to Halliburton to drive to the grocery
And then turn police protection over to Whackenhut Security and pay $1000 if you have to call the cops.
