NEWSROOM
Tornadoes Kill 200+ in South; Royal Wedding Less Than 24 Hours

Alabama tornado or the royal wedding? You can't have both.
Two days ago, a massive tornado ripped through Alabama on Wednesday. Today I went to YouTube and I saw clips of the tornado shot live on the Weather Channel and channels all over Alabama. It was either an F4 or an F5 tornado, according to meteorologists.
<snip>
And then you have the royal wedding airing on TV worldwide, including stations in Chicago. William and Kate tied the knot .....

But now that Barack Obama is on a 5 day trip,
A Tornado have finally made it to the forefront of news!

1. How much foreign aid will come to USA with tornado disaster?
My guess is none! We help anywhere there is a natural disaster in the world. But when there is a disaster in our country, no one helps.

2. I'm just glad that the American Media found out what their priorities truly are......
even if it took them a while....
although I reckon that it was hard making that determination
while there was a Royal Wedding going on!
Decisions, decisions......

3. To be fair if I remember correctly
Japan gave a whole bunch of aid after Katrina. Who knows if Bush ever let that money get to the people who needed it, but they did send it. I don't expect Japan to send anything this time because they are dealing with their own horrible natural disaster right now.

6. at least we understand that the Royal Wedding in London by English Royalty
was more important than any US disaster.....

But now, well, it's just a US president overseas!
I'm sure they will jutapoxed Pres. Obama drinking some brew in Ireland
with the Tornado damage......

...because we really do know our media's priority,
and it has nothing to do with tornadoes.....
no, not really!

I remember reporters telling us all about the horrors of those tornadoes and the vast damage they caused........

....while sitting at a desk in London. :(

8. Ha yes. And we did have some NBC anchorman courageously turn back
after getting to London to get to the Tornado's epic center.

Did I mentioned he was called "Brave" all over the place
for making that call?
