1. They are easily ignored.
There's a button on your remote that says "OFF." Push it and the nasty Republicans will magically disappear from your teevee.

5. Yep. Just close your eyes, and it all disappears. I can't see you, so you can't see me.

7. That's not what I meant.
But you knew that.

The OP was complaining about another GOP debate on CNN. My point is that he doesn't have to watch it if he finds it annoying. If he turns it off he won't be able to watch it and will thereby avoid being annoyed. Of course it will continue for those who chose to watch it, even for the entertainment value.

My personal opinion is that more GOP debates are better for us, especially if the audience cheers for whatever evil, heartless opinions any of the participants might offer.

But I don't watch them either.

2. I hope there are many more.
Not only are they a source of great amusement, but the candidates tear each other up while exposing their ignorance.
The more "debates", the better Obama looks to the voting public.

4. Why do you want to put an end to them? . . .
Each time they gather they show themselves as a Party with no heart, and each time their candidates speak they prove themselves bereft of ideas and competence.

Let 'em rave. It's only helped the Democrats so far.

6. Clever way of hogging air time and getting their message out.
With no competition.

8. Their message is being revealed as odious and cruel.
It's good that people see this. The True Believers will keep cheering whenever executions, dead uninsured people and gay soldiers are mentioned, but I'm glad normal people are getting to see how extreme the "mainstream" GOP has become.
