President Obama Has at least 22 Terrorist Notches On His Belt - so far

The Terrorist Notches on Obama’s Belt

The list of senior terrorists killed during the Obama presidency is fairly extensive.

The List here: http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2011/09/the-terrorist-notches-on-obamas-belt/

And also probably a #23 to be added shortly ...

1. Yes, but that's because President Obama *really does* want to crush terrorism
whereas Republicans only want to escalate it in order to continue diverting billions to the MIC, and to make their friends even wealthier with taxpayer dollars via perpetual war.

It's also an excellent excuse to tell the American people that there's no money for universal health care or social programs.

I solemnly believe Gitmo was created in order to continue to refresh the rage in the extremist Muslim world so we'd never run out of new terrorist we need to "combat".

3. They get upset every time he manages to get a win against terrorism
.. they thought that was their baby to exploit for the next decade.

You know what the difference is? Obama doesn't brag about it. Too many Americans seem to like that. I look at them the same was as Nazi's - their goal is effectively the same - a new world order in their exclusive favor.

Many of the leaders of these movements have been shown to be nothing better than pirates.

6. He's got the agility to fix up our country too, no one else is close
So I'm glad he's getting the AQ issue resolved for future battles in other spheres.

13. They just don't understand him...
He's very typical of how people in Hawaii ultimately think...

Hawaii is a special place. It is truly multicultural… more nearly a nation than any other state… We may be a small state geographically, but we are a giant in terms of human relations, human understanding, and the achievement of human dignity. … We should start with the core idea of Hawaii as a “melting pot,” where each of us retains our own identity but comes together with others for our mutual cultural enrichment. – Former Gov George R Ariyoshi, 1974-1986

‘Aloha’ was a recognition of life in another. If there was life there was mana, goodness and wisdom, and if there was goodness and wisdom there was a god-quality. One had to recognize the ‘god of life’ in another before saying ‘Aloha,’ but this was easy. Life was everywhere … Aloha had its own mana. It never left the giver but flowed freely and continuously between giver and receiver. ‘Aloha’ could not be thoughtlessly or indiscriminately spoken, for it carried its own power. No Hawaiian could greet another with ‘Aloha’ unless he felt it in his own heart. If he felt anger or hate in his heart he had to cleanse himself before he said ‘Aloha’. – Queen Lili’uokalani

I get culture shock every-time I've left the Islands...People stop smiling. people stop talking equally to each-other. That's a really strange thing once you get used to it. I've lived there on and off for about 6 years total. I'm now back in California and you miss it instantly.

7. I think you responded to the wrong thread. The OP is about terrorists.
You know, those guys that have declared WAR on The United States of America.

Your accusation insinuating that I am 'bragging' is way off the mark.

I posted an OP with factual information, end of story.

20. what "view" is that?
the "view" of mentioning those killings of innocent people? The "view" of reminding ourselves of all those deaths we caused, whenever we brag about "notches under our belt"?

That "view" is completely supportable, imo. If simpletons are the ones that do that, we should all be simpletons.

14. We can look forward to belt notches for decades to come -- perpetuation of the GWOT is top priority.
President Obama is on board with the rightwing approach of raining down death and destruction. This is not going to eliminate terrorism but rather will (by design) perpetuate it. The corporate owners of our politicians will not profit off of peace. They are profiting off of war. The strategies and tactics of the military industrial complex (and therefore of Obama) are aimed at creating and sustaining enemies. So look forward to lots more notches in coming decades due to the steady stream of terrorists they are spawning.

15. Had the tube on all day, while stripping woodwork, and it's unanimous: Obama's a hero.
He's way ahead of Bush on everything, and is the protector in chief. Even Darth Cheny said it, reluctantly. I'm serious: Eveyone declared him the heavyweight champion, and that Al Qaida's all but dead, thanks to Obama.

I know there are mixed feelings about him, but it was stunning to hear this all day.

Plus, I got the last of my woodwork stripped.. Thank the lord. What a job.

18. Another big difference re: Bush
Bush would not have gotten any of them. In fact he'd have declared war on another nation by now. Same with McCain.
