. . .called "Niggerhead?" In the first place. You don't have to claim you painted over the name if you decide that you aren't going to lease a place with that name. Also, since its a lease the Perry family actually paid the owners who either painted the name there in the first place or allowed the name to stay there.

I don't know about you but the compound's name alone would have been enough for my family to not lease the place.
