Colorado secretary of state bars overseas soldiers from voting

In a very determined effort by Colorado's Republican Secretary of State, Scott Gessler, to make sure as few people as possible actually get to vote in Colorado, U.S. troops serving overseas won't get to vote.

7. Gessler surfed into office on the Tea Party wave.
He's a party hack with a record of serious ethical violations. Joining him on that surfboard was new state treasurer Walker Stapleton, W's cousin, who is hideously unqualified for the position.

Tea Party voters are proving to be just fucking stupid.
