Senator Kerry sides with the Occupy Wall street (etc) people
Edited on Tue Oct-11-11 07:17 AM by karynnj
""People are angry about the economy and I am too. I'm glad to see people pushing for jobs and pushing for fairness after years when some of the most powerful interests on Wall Street hurt our economy and left Main Street with the bill."

This is no surprise as it matches things Kerry has said since 2008 when he spoke more honestly than anyone else running for office on how things were getting worse.

It seems that more establishment people are beginning to speak up and back what the grassroots began on their own. Between religious leaders, the New York Times and now at least some Democratic leaders are showing support.

1. Too bad Kerry didn't give Menino a call and share his thoughts.
Methinks they have stepped into a puddle of doo-doo.

3. How do you know he didn't?
Menino did not listen to Kerry in 2004 even when Menino was working to set up the convention that would nominate Senator Kerry. Menino also does not seem to get along with Patrick - http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2010/09/11/menino_patrick_bridge_differences/

Menino does have one state elected official he likes - Scott Brown, because he wears a barn coat and drives a pick up.

6. Menino only responds to the RW politicians in recent years.

4. You know this how?
Kerry has never sided with the banks - and there have been no leaks from the Democratic half of the super committee.

5. What hole did you pull that one out of? Kerry's been pulling the rope to the left in those meetings

7. BS - Biden is more likely to side with the banks than Kerry. nt

8. Now let's see him side with sanity.
Do your duty, Senator.
