1. And his disapproval down 4% making it a 7-point swing. Maybe it's due to
the killing of Qaddafi? And now with the announcement of the withdrawal of all our troops from Iraq in about 2 months, his numbers should improve even more.

9. Yeah but his disapproval rating went down by 4%, which gives him a 7 point swing overall
...without considering the margin of error. With the margin of error considered, his numbers basically improved about 3% if you assume that margin only goes down.
