It's never inappropriate to mourn the loss of a leader who stood up at the head of his people to the US/UK imperialist juggernaut, and died defending his attempt to bring together scattered peoples -- in one case those of Eastern Europe, in the other, of Moslem North and sub-Saharan Africa -- into one great common enterprise.
