Cain momentum continues in new polls--leads by wide margin in WI & Romney only ahead by 1 in NV!!
It had always been thought that Romney had a strong base of support in Nevada, but latest poll shows the ex-MA Governor & flip flop king ahead by only one-point:

Public Policy Polling (PDF). 10/20-23. Nevada Republicans. ±4.6%. (7/28-31 results)

Romney: 29 (31)
Cain: 28 (8)
Gingrich: 15 (8)
Paul: 7 (11)
Perry: 6 (18)
Bachmann: 3 (14)
Huntsman: 2 (2)
Santorum: 2 (-)
Johnson: 0 (-)

Meanwhile in WI, Cain is way ahead:

Public Policy Polling (PDF). 10/20-23. Wisconsin Republicans. ±3.8%. (8/12-14 results)
Cain: 30 (7)
Romney: 18 (17)
Gingrich: 12 (10)
Perry: 12 (20)
Paul: 8 (6)
Bachmann: 5 (24)
Santorum: 2 (-)
Huntsman: 1 (1)
Johnson: 1 (1)

bottom line? 75% of GOP voters don't want Romney. He doesn't seem to be able to break into a clear lead and GOP voters are willing to try anybody--as an alternative.

1. what a pathetic group of humanity
their own "supporters" are so fed up by them that they cannot support them, so they turn to some guy they don't even know. Some guy who has no real convictions or idea of policies.

And to quote a doctor I sat next to at a Romney event in 2008 "He is the phoniest son of a bitch I have ever seen!"

2. my prediction
Cain wins, then panics and admits he was just running to sell books. "America needs to get a sense of humor. My campaign was a joke, OK?" (adapting what he said about his electric fence "joke")

3. The big money should now move to Cain. The Kochs are already in. There are billions
on the way after the Citizens United decision if Cain can stay ahead of Perry. Romney is out of it for lots of reasons.

6. Must be the 9.99 lunch special bringing them in.
Of course Romney's nothing but a bunch of empty suits, so there isn't much choice for the loonies.
