I was honestly worried this would pass in Mississippi, and god what a disaster for the whole nation that would have been.

I thank the people of Mississippi for turning out in such great numbers to defeat this heinous abrogation of rights.

Although, if it had passed, it probably wouldn't have withstood a legal challenge. Roe v. Wade is still the law of the land.
