1. What defines character is private behavior
What you will do when you think no one's looking.

4. Gingrich think tank made nearly $40 million in consulting fees
for the healthcare industry as reported yesterday by the Washington Post. He hasn't responded yet, but can he continue to claim he was a "historian" and not a lobbyist and influence peddler?

6. This is like the Gingrich Wheel of Character Defects. Spin the wheel, where it stops, nobody knows!
Man, the guy of a 1000 lies has almost lied himself out of another campaign.

"I was a historian for Freddy Mac, that's all."

9. You forgot when he shut down the government
when he got mad at Clinton because he had to ride in the back of Air Force One and Clinton hardly talked to him the whole time! http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19951116&slug=2152925

Newt has a long history of being a petty, vengeful dick.

15. That "divorce papers" story is a myth
At least according to their daughter.

Here's what she says about it:

Later that summer, Mom went to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta for surgery to remove a tumor. While she was there, Dad took my sister and me to see her.

It is this visit that has turned into the infamous hospital visit about which many untruths have been told. I won't repeat them. You can look them up online if you are interested in untruths. But here's what happened:

My mother and father were already in the process of getting a divorce, which she requested.

Dad took my sister and me to the hospital to see our mother.

She had undergone surgery the day before to remove a tumor.

The tumor was benign.

As with many divorces, it was hard and painful for all involved, but life continued.

17. His Ex-Wife Tells A Different Story
Perhaps his daughter wants those millions Gingrich got for lobbying, errrrrr, doing historical research for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Edited on Mon Nov-21-11 04:50 PM by oberliner
Has she spoken about it somewhere?

Honestly, I have no idea what is true and what isn't - be curious to know more facts if they are available.

Can you point me to where his ex-wife has written or talked about the incident?

Still it would be nice to have a more definitive statement on the subject.

Probably won't be one forthcoming.

"Obama is anti-colonialist." Well, duh, Newtie, Obama feels like the founding fathers. How is that bad?

But allowing Medicare to die on the vine when you have nothing to replace it with might be worse.

There is nothing good about Newt. He converted to Catholicism in hopes of capturing the Reagan Democrat vote. He is an evil disgusting fuck.

22. The Catholics Emphasize The Social Gospel
Edited on Mon Nov-21-11 05:10 PM by DemocratSinceBirth
If you read Pope Benedict he denounces the "profit at all cost mentality."

And they always talk about Jesus' ministry to the widows and orphans which is another word for poor.

Forgive me Lord, but I despise that fat clown.
