Pakistan demands US vacate air base used for drone attacks!
Excellent news. The people there are sick and tired of Uncle Sam's missiles and bombs and they want it to end once and for all. Good for them.

Memo to Obama: America is not wanted and is DESPISED in that part of the world for good reason. America is NOT welcome.

By ASSOCIATED PRESS | 11/26/11 2:27 PM EST

ISLAMABAD — The Pakistani government has demanded the U.S. vacate an air base within 15 days that the CIA is suspected of using for unmanned drones.

The government issued the demand Saturday after NATO helicopters and jet fighters allegedly attacked two Pakistan army posts along the Afghan border, killing 24 Pakistani soldiers.

1. This makes it easier to attack targets in Pakistan
without the airbase and with another route for supplies there is no need now.to pay attention to Pakistan's concerns. I bet that within a couple of months we will be reading about US special forces operating on the ground in Pakistan.

4. With the ISI drawing distinctions between good and bad Taliban
and protecting the "good" Taliban even though they are killing Americans, I am not sure we really need Pakistan.

5. The majority of Americans are cowards.
We allow our government to wage war in a way that guarantees the death of innocent persons as collateral damage so that we can just maybe reduce the chance of a terrorist attack killing some of us. Those who sell their souls for the sake of national security are seen as tough, but the truth is that security is the highest value of the coward.
