Irving Man Tattoos 'RAPEST' on Teen's Forehead, Police Say

DEL CITY, Okla. - A North Texas man is among four people charged with shocking a mentally impaired teen in the genitals with a stun gun and then forcibly tattooing the word "RAPEST" on his forehead.

Police say 18-year-old Stetson Johnson also had the words "I like little boys" tattooed on his chest. Since the the April 17 attack, Johnson had the forehead tattoo covered with one resembling a bar code.

Detectives seized needles, tattoo guns, and bottles of ink from the home where Richard Lynn Dellert, 31, was staying. The Irving man is a tattoo artist who goes by the name Buddha, according to NewsOk.com.

1. "Buddha"? The incongruity of that name is amazing.
And I certainly wouldn't want to get a tattoo from someone that spells like a freeper.

3. I think we should blame the tattoo gun, not the tattoo artist. Consistency
in assigning blame is a good thing.

"Ban tattoo guns. They spell words incorrectly"

7. The place I went to in North Carolina had a huge sign...
"Be Sure Your Tattoo Is Spelled Correctly Before We Proceed."

He also had a piece of equipment that should be required on all tattoo stations: Webster's Unabridged Dictionary.

8. Richard Lynn Dellert...you fucking pig.
That was for Google.

I'd love a dark alley to be in our mutual future. I'll cut it off there.
