Put more than 4 gallons into my motorcycle. Now that I think about it I plan to get on route 287 at 5:45 p.m. and crank her up to about 130 mph and go out in style.


If it does play out as advertised, do you think I can plead insanity caused by religious fervor?

The bugs are so damn big they should have numbers on the wings and there are just _clouds_ of them.

4. After hitting you at about 60 mph, a bumble bee still has the time to

sting you prior to expiring. Don't know about 130, but the double whammy at 60 hurts.

5. I was riding in Kenya and hit a swarm of African killer bees..

fortunately going so fast that they didn't have a chance. But it was pretty messy.

Another time I did get one in my helmet and it stung the side of my head...ouch!

I've had them crack faceshields, then the guts afford no visibility, which leads to an exciting ride especially if you're on a twisty stretch. Fun times.

11. My face shield is one of those that only comes about half way down.

During love bug season I don't sing. Mouth wide open to hit the high notes is too inviting a target for those bugs intent on 'suicide by geezer.'

right in the middle of the forehead. Luckily, I was only doing 85 or so. I barely kept control of my Superglide.
