Mom tries to sell daughter's virginity for $10,000

Move over Botox Mom. There's a new bad mommy in town. Felicia Rae McClure has been charged with trying to sell her 13-year-old daughter's virginity to a guy named "Don" for $10,000.

The 32-year-old Salt Lake City woman has been hit with "two first-degree felony counts of aggravated sex abuse of a child and two second-degree felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor," according to the Associated Press. "If convicted, the woman faces a lifetime prison sentence for each first-degree felony and a zero to 15 year sentence for each second-degree felony." Bail was set at $250,000.

Salt Lake police reported that Don took the mother and daughter to Victoria's Secret where they modeled bras and thongs and took photographs. Police also report that pictures were sent to a man named "Will."

The daughter initially agreed to have sex, but later changed her mind.

3. Not sure what the age of consent is in Utah but if the daughter is below that age

then she can't legally "agree" to have sex.

This whole case is just sickening. Thank goodness the boyfriend called the authorities on the Mom. I just can't believe a mother would do this to her own daughter but obviously it happened.

SLC is a heavily Mormon-populated area (duh) - wonder how the Mormon community feels about this?

According to ABC news, the mother's boyfriend found out what was going on and called the police. Glad there is a decent guy in this story.

9. What really PO's me

is that certain segments of our Nation get their panties in a hissy fit over loving couples living together for decades and raising kids in a committed relationship without a ring on their fingers or a piece of paper. You can add committed gay couples to this mix also.

Yet we have people like this, unmarried or even married, inflicting horrors on children. They need to get their priorities right.
