If I had a website I didn't want the government to see, I'd put wikileaked documents on it

and set up a welcoming page saying something like "You are about to enter a website that distributes the classified wikileaks material. By entering this site you are stating your interest to view this material. All access from government IP addresses will be logged and the authorities will be notified."

That would ensure that no one without a high security clearance could access the site without possibly losing their job.

Could work well for torrent sites and so on, since the jackasses who investigate those sites would hardly get the proper clearance.

2. I personally know a few folks that are federal employees or

contractors that have been threatened with loss of employment and security clearance if they go to wikileaks.
