Capitol Confidential #NYSenate adjourns for the night. Skelos says mandate relief negotiations will push bill printing until dawn.

1. If they vote in favor, it will be tomorrow evening

so it will be part of the Friday News Dump.

Everybody seems to be doing it, both parties, many states.
