Hartmann caller: Why isn't the DoJ intervening in the voter suppression?
Hartmann: Too political right now. will eventually go to SCOTUS, where the suppression will be validated. I would order lawyers to prepare briefs to be filed right after election day 2012

Rescinding citizens' right to vote is not a planned crime, it actually is a crime.

4. It's probably good that the same approach was not taken with Byron Williams
he hadn't yet killed anyone at the Tides Foundation, but was apprehended anyway.
