In March he acknowledged that he called Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson a 'b**ch' and threatened to 'destroy' her in a meeting.

He told the Journal Sentinel Abrahamson had attempted to undermine him politically thus embarrassing him in front of fellow court conservatives.

'In the context of this, I said, "You are a total b**ch," Prosser said. 'I probably overreacted, but I think it was entirely warranted.

'They (Abrahamson and Bradley) are masters at deliberately goading people into perhaps incautious statements. This is bullying and abuse of very, very long standing.'

Bradley hit back in a March interview with the paper saying Prosser's anger had been 'going on for years off and on.'

If some is coming at you with their fists raised and you simply put up your hands, how on earth would your hands end up on the person's neck? You would make contact with their fists or maybe their shoulders in order to back them up. There would be no reason to put both your hands on the neck, other than for confrontational reasons. What happened was she told him to get out of her office, he didn't like it, so he went off.
