2. They must be incredibly cheap to make & maybe all the prisoners & their families
like to watch them..

Every weekend, I change the channel as soon as prison porn comes on..

10. I think many prisons routinely record stuff anyway
maybe they just sell it to MSNBC & they add voice overs:shrug:

11. Yep, edit together some stock footage, add narrator and you got yrself some captivating television

Prison is kind of a big deal though, considering the huge amount of people in this country who are incarcerated. Its a huge market and its probably good that theres that representation for them.
