1. Disgusting sell-out. That even Bill Clinton couldn't save her speaks volumes
about how poorly she served her constituents.

4. When did you leave Arkansas? I'm sure that Boozman will be so much better in the Senate and the
wacko that took his place in the House has already signed up to shut the government down.

Either way you get stabbed.

16. Senator Lincoln was no worse than several other current Democratic Senators. I suggest
that you use Project Vote Smart to do some comparison. Last time I did that in October, she and Senator Feingold were running about even with their votes.

22. Racism??? I'm sorry, can you connect the dots here... Why did Kerry outperform Obama?
And how is that a reflection on why voters tossed out Blanche? Are you suggesting the election was faulty?

It is a real shame, but it is the political reality right now in Arkansas.

first place?

30. Like several other Southern states, Arkansas used to be Democratic. She was first elected to the
House in 1992 (think Bill Clinton). She ran for Dale Bumpers seat against the brother of John Boozman and won because she'd been pretty much 'middle-of-the-road'. Until the GW Bush regimen, most of Arkansas was still adjusting to the 'southern strategy' and would vote for whomever if they didn't appear too much out of the mainstream. After Bush and now the Tea Party, it will never be that way again.

10. Blanche couldn't BE BOTHERED to show up to vote YEA on the DADT repeal. Republican Collins DID
vote yes on repeal. If you're gay and in the military, that might be all that matters to you.

27. Thanks. And here is Senator-elect Boozman's take on repealling DADT.
"I very much oppose repealing don't ask don't tell,” Boozman says. “I think the current policy has worked well. We haven't had significant problems with it."

2. Boozy is going to be so much better
There is a reason that the President has veto power.

Just when do people actually pay taxes for TY2011?

At this point any withholding and ES payments are estimates.

35. Her good-bye address
She told how much good she did, how friendly she was, passing out cookies, etc., when she got to the Senate, visiting sick colleagues (Landreau) making friends with Republicans, also the bills she wrote, how she loves her husband, a doctor, how her people were dirt farmers, and just how wonderful she is. Any more and Boner would have surely cried.

She mentioned a bunch of her bills but I don't recall health care being one of her strong suits. Uh gess that's all.

34. I can hardly wait
until I hear folks complaining about Republican John Boozman. Millions of dollars were spent by frickin Puke and Dem carpetbaggers to get Lincoln defeated. But I doubt those Dem political groups will ever acknowledge their share of responsibility for replacing Lincoln with Boozman.

I'm done with 'em. They should tend to their own backyard and clean their own tables.
