Bojangles chain to get new owner

A Boston private-equity firm is in line to buy the parent company of Bojangles’ Famous Chicken & Biscuits fast-food eatery chain later this summer for an undisclosed price, news reports said.

Bojangles’ Restaurants Inc.’s Charlotte, N.C.-based majority owner Falfurrias Capital Partners said it has agreed to sell the chain to global private-equity firm Advent International. The deal is slated to close in August.

The chain, which has four Central Florida locations and two more slated to open by year’s end, grew from 377 locations when Falfurrias bought it in September 2007 to 503 today.

1. I like Bojangles. Its slightly less greasy than other fast food breakfast. And as far as I'm aware

they don't support the fundie "pray away the gay" agenda like their main competitor, Chik-fil-a does. And they're open on Sundays.
