1. I don't kill trees...

I do those artificial things from Big Lots. This year I decided I'd do Christmas since President Obama officially declared an end to the Iraq war. I hadn't done Christmas since 2003. It felt wrong when our young ones (and old ones) were dying over there. Well, I bought this gorgeous tree for my antiques niche, and wouldn't you know it? A customer wanted it, and I had to sell it to her. 'Twas not meant to be, I guess, though I do have an awesome display of a berried pine twig in a unique basket embellished with a matching bow sitting on my bar.
