Obama is proving its the republicans who are weak on terror
And the Democrats are the ones who are strong on national security. Obama has taken out these terrorists using national intelligence and done it effectively. He has shown the Democrats are the ones to turn to if we want to get the terrorists, because the Bush administration failed.

The republicans have been applauding these terror killings not because they are happy with Obama's success, but because they have to or they would look like hypocrites to the country. For a long time, the republicans have claimed to be the party of strong national security and that the democrats were the party of weak defense and didn't have the goods when it came to being tough on criminals and terrorists.

So now they are being proven wrong and Obama should get full credit for that, and I am no Obama cheerleader, in fact, I often am very critical of him but on this topic he is tearing the GOP a new one which only helps the Democrats.

2. Right now, that's his one strong issue
Frankly, I look for Hillary Clinton to take all the credit for it when she tries to run in 2016.

3. Obama taking it directly TO the terrorists is exactly what Kerry called for in 2004 as GOP and media

laughed at the tactic, as if continued bombing was a greater show of a nation's strength. Constant bombing is a nation's show of pigheaded stupidity, imo.

Thankfully a Dem president got in there to PROVE Bush wrong. Too bad it had to be 4 years later.

4. unrec for the meme 'weak on terror'
there is no such thing as a 'war' on terror, and Obama's actions have made the matter worse, not better.

7. The 2012 election is about the economy and nothing else so his record on terrorism is meaningless.
It may be a source of pride and accomplishment for Obama but it will matter to very few people in the voting booth.

8. OMG, it was the Bush* DOJ/John Woo who justified Obama's actions (9/14/2001)

Obama has once again shown that he is a DINO; it's the republicans who initiated the process and share in the (cough cough) *credit* of the kill, and not at all the other way around.

Christ on a crutch, you ARE cheerleading Obama for doing the exact same thing, and using the very same justification that Bush*/Cheney used.

I. Don't. Get. It.

9. So it's all about politics? Screw the rule of law?
I will aske this question for the millionth time 'why do we care what the most extreme and wrong people in the country, Republicans, think of us?? Is that to be our guide, 'we showed the Republicans we could outdo them on violating the rule of law'?

Shameful, unrec'd for the sentiment of caring more how we look, than about what is happening to this country and its Constitution.
