RUSH: Yeah. They didn't boo the gay soldier. I still submit to you that had they booed the gay soldier, Herman Cain would have piped up and so would all the other candidates. He identified himself as a gay soldier and kept talking and there were no boos. They were just booing his question, pure and simple.

Two people in the audience were not booing a gay soldier; they were booing a question he asked.

The talking points were flash-faxed pronto-as usual. I'll never forget during the Cynthia McKinney being stopped by a Capitol security guard and asked for her I.D. story I was surfing up and down the AM dial that night looking for baseball scores and in the space of five minutes all of the Rush Wannabees were cackling about it on about six different stations I came across. They were all laughing and saying "OOOH, girlfriend got a new do and had her little feelin's hurt." etc etc etc. I thought to myself-hmmm, all talking about the same thing at the same time...do they have a sheet in front of them or something from K Street? It really is surreal.
