8. I was just going to request something like this
to be made by a photoshopper of the non-lazy variety. We should have one for every member of congress and the other branches of gov't including the Prez. Also, those in the running.

This is one of the best ideas I've heard lately. It's why we have no voice. Label those prostitutes that are destroying our planet.

10. Gets my vote! And every time a politician comes to the mike, just
like racers, they should profusely thank their sponsors - including their lobbyists (by name) who go back and forth between the politicians door and the corporates door.

11. Bread and Puppet theater

I see something like this for each of our politicians to be present at all the rallies and occupations, outfitted with their NASCAR labels of course.

If organized state by state it wouldn't be that costly, plus we have talented craftspeople everywhere.

I saw one of these events in NYC in the early 70s. Makes quite a statement.

Cripes, after uploading this photo I realized that they are all puppets already.

12. I've always been in favor of disclaimers on the TV news shows
When some senator starts some 'Obamacare' spiel, there should be a running scroll across the bottom of the screen...

"As of today Senator X has gotten $5.56 million in donations from Blue Cross/Blue Shield in 2011 alone"

"In 2007 Aetna hired Senator X's son staight out college as an assistant vice president"

"Senator X's wife has served on the board of directors at Cigna for 11 years. For the other 29 days of the month that she doesn't have to come to the office, she works for a leading healthcare lobbying firm"

and so on...This could be tweaked to cover pretty much any politician/commentator/pundit on any topic...
