6. ironic, because that Bull has previously been in Police Impound

It was left without permission by the artist in the middle of the night. It was placed under a Christmas Tree. It was a hit with the public, but the city removed and impounded it, returning only due to yes, public protest and outcry. To this day, the Bull is under a temporary permit, it is not owned by the city, and while is has become iconic, it is not actually official, legal, ownership is unclear etc. 7000 pounds.

I actually think it is a good thing that the message of OWS is a bit inchoate right now. Let there be a spiraling of confluences for awhile longer. These sentiments have been fermenting for a long time in just about every segment of society around the world. So I hope it builds at a pace that allows a gigantic chorus.
