This is a retired woman is not on the list of folks the police are actively watching. How many times does a young black man have his record accessed? That would be an interesting study.

2. I think this kind of stuff has been automated

I think a camera in the squad can be interfaced with the computer system and be set to automatically run every plate it reads and check them against a "hot sheet."

Not completely sure about this but I think I recall reading something about it.
