Interesting and timely moral dilemma I just saw on "Frasier":
You withdraw $20 from an ATM, but the machine gives you $60. What do you do?

1. Give it back to the bank if my account wasn't debited for it.

2. Hold and wait
See how long it takes them to figure out they fucked up.

Consider it a QA test.

4. Give it back.
With a scowl and a grumble. :-)

6. Happened to me. I tried to give it back. Bank wouldn't take it.
It was only $10 over. It was at the drive up ATM. I immediately drove over to the teller at the drive thru window and tried to give it back. She said my account would be debited for the amount I received rather than the amount I asked for so I should keep it.

But my account was only debited for the amount I had asked for. So I made $10 on the deal.

7. Withdraw another $20.
If the machine pays out $60 again, do it again and again and again...

The next day, retire to Bélize under an assumed name.

10. That happened to me once, and the account was
debited the amount dispensed, rather than the amount I requested.
