I know somebody who knows somebody
who is high up and has never been wrong,
and they say the Repub ticket will be Paul/Cain
or Cain/Paul. Perry is his own quicksand, and
Romney is "a guy nobody would want to throw back a
beer or take a road trip with, or listen to
bloviate for four years." Cain & Paul, on the other
hand, "are real beer and roadtrip material." In
addition, "nobody has a single expectation" of either
Cain or Paul, a "pair of authentic goofballs," so
it's "a double Hail Mary for the Repubs a la McCain
with Sarah." The straw votes for Cain and Paul are
"a set-up, preparing Repub voters and the country"
for "the rowdiest ticket since Barnum & Bailey."

And the nuts they would draw would make all those freaks from the McCain-Palin rally videos look sane

I think your high up pal is going to enjoy the new experience of being wrong this time.

5. I think that Ron Paul will be a candidate whether
or not he is nominated by the Republicans. He has some hardcore supporters on the left and the right and could get enough votes to swing the election. I think he could get as many or more votes than Perot did. If there was ever a time when a third-party candidate could get 30 percent of the vote, this is the year. Dissatisfaction with the two party system has never been higher.

6. I think Paul could draw votes on both sides too. That's worrisome considering
he's a fascist.

but I think Cain will definitely be the VP choice. I'm hoping Perry will be in the top spot. He will be the easiest to beat next November.

24. There's no way in hell Cain will be on ANY Rethug ticket. His skin is the wrong color.
They've been foaming at the mouth ever since that AA Obama has been sitting in the WH. Do you think they hate him just because he calls himself a Democrat? NO, NO, NO. They hate him because he's African American. Cain will never be on their ticket.

27. Source says average Repub voters are frightened & confused
to the point that they can be led to support
Cain, thinking it will be temporary, a protest support,
until it is too late and they are waking up in the booth having to
choose between Cain and Obama. This is all confirmed by
internal deep-techno-psych polling.

29. Odds improve on Cain/Paul over Paul/Cain after NH debate.
The two pals have a rousing moment over Greenspan
(Cain for, Paul against) but no major obstacle appears
in the New Hampshire debate to their ticket, which grows
in attractiveness for millions. Cain hammers
home 9-9-9, Paul takes it easy & lets Cain shine as
leading anti-Romney option. Tide of support for the
once-unlikely duo continues to rise, say private sources.
