Port Washington - A 28-year-old Addison woman was charged Monday in Ozaukee County Circuit Court with heroin possession after she was found unconscious Friday at Pioneer Village, where she was accompanying her 7-year-old daughter on a school trip, Ozaukee County District Attorney Adam Gerol said Monday.

Stephanie F. Bailey had four small plastic bags containing heroin, several hypodermic needles and other paraphernalia in her possession at the time of the incident, a criminal complaint says.

She should lose her children! Do you think she will be convicted on the charges? Get maximum penalty?
Just think about the number of little ones she endangered! The parents of the other students should file suit against the school for endangering their children.
I hope the school is taking additional legal action against Ms. Bailey. This is a story of a mother's poor judgment, lack of sense, and STUPIDITY. Her poor children!

Well let's hope there is a father that cares about their children more than she does. This is one of the times I hope the States Attorney of Wisconsin is out for politics and wants to make himself look good. This would go a long way for the "soccer mom" vote! If she does walk I hope the town whose children she endangered turns on her, the States Attorney and the School Board. Too bad they found her alive!

The State's Attorney better make an example of this woman! The school board and mother should be sued for child endangerment by all the parents of the students on the field trip. The president of the school board and principal of the school should be fired immediately!
Does this woman actually think that the arresting officer was going to be OK with her saying it was because she was dehydrated? And then tell the officer she was using the night before? What difference does it make?

She needs the max sentence for the drugs, the max sentence for endangering the children and the max sentence for drugs in a school safe zone. They should also immediately take her children from her and never let her see them again or be unsupervised around children.

In my neighborhood, the mother would be in jail for years and the DCFS would already have the children in custody.
