Reporter "incites a riot" after infiltrating OWS crowd.
I did a search and didn't see this anywhere.

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/cutline/reporter-incites-occupy-d-c-riot-write-180750896.html

A reporter for the American Spectator--who says he "infiltrated" a group of Washington, D.C., protesters "in order to mock and undermine" their cause in his magazine--claims he helped incite a riot at the National Air and Space Museum on Saturday afternoon and was pepper-sprayed in the process.

more at the link.

Basically, it sounds like he caused the disturbance and hen uses that to say the protesters are bad people. Can you imagine if they had started the riot and he was caught in it, what his story would have been? Protesters gone mad!

1. It is a pity we cannot apply some of the disciplinary measures used
by the Royal Navy on wretches like this.

2. So he was the only one that went into the museum?
What a moron. I wished someone bully clubbed his dumb ass.

3. The guards had guns. Someone out there is possibly very lucky.

6. I knew it had to be on here since it actually showed up in my Yahoo feed.
I guess searching for "reporter" screwed it up. Their post is more accurate since that is not reporting.

5. He loses his status as a "reporter" when he incites an incident to create a story.
Reporters are observers they are only supposed to report, as the name implies. This is why I was pretty uncomfortable, back in the day, when TV news first hired consultants and told News Directors to encourage "reporter involvement" in their news departments.

What passes for journalism today has truly sunk to a terrible low point.

7. Didn't he write that he was Pepper sprayed? There's some justice in that!
