National shortage of Adderall causes concern
Many people use the popular drug Adderall to stay focused, from young kids to college students, even adults. But those affected by Attention Deficit Disorder, or A.D.D., say they're having a hard time finding pharmacy with any Adderall left.

We wanted to know just how hard it is to find the drug, and called ten pharmacies in Chattanooga. All ten told us the same thing, that they are all out of Adderall.

We did finally find some of the medication at a locally owned location, but the shortage has many on edge.

Chris Schild says, "You start to wonder where am I going to get it at, what is going to happen, you start to worry."

Schild has been taking Adderall for a decade. He says it's the only medication that will keep him focused at work, and takes two 20-milligram pills every day. But now, he's down to seven pills, and he says he doesn't know where he'll get his next month's prescription. "It makes no sense, you're on the medication, you need the medication, it helps you, it does wonders for you, yet you have to go all over town to get it."
