The Wake County (Raleigh NC and suburbs) school board election was today in five districts. Two years ago, it got taken over by tea bagger Republicans when they swept all four seats that were up. Tonight the other five were up and we had to win all five. As of tonight, we won four of five, including knocking off their only incumbent up tonight, but have one seat where we have to have a run off due to 90 votes. For a lack of ninety votes we will have a run off for control of the school board on Nov 8.
