Fox News or Nothing
Our home is 5 miles from the George H.W. Bush Library and Museum at Texas A & M University. Fox News is piped in EVERYWHERE. Odious, but I usually have my pod casts of The Young Turks, Randi Rhodes, Stephanie Miller, David Pakman, and The Best of the Left to sustain me and drown out the Fox noise machine.

Yesterday, I was getting a CAT scan to see if I had cracked my head open in a recent fall. Worried and with a headache, I was in no mood to listen to Fox news. I loudly asked that they change the channel so we did not have to listen to propaganda. The Hispanic lady up front turned the TV off. I asked if we could have something else on. She said, no, it's Fox or nothing.

6. CAT scan supposedly shows nothing wrong
However, slight fluid leak from ear last night, headache increasing. Very bad signs, so probably the Faux News radiologist missed something. Boredom level is very high as I am supposed to be in dark room, no reading, no music. Then, I fall asleep and don't sleep at night. So, cheating, computer monitor pulled to tip of nose and using magnifying glass to see so I can be online. Then, headache gets too bad and repeat with cycle of rest-sleep-up and online.

Thanks for asking :)

One of our coffee house has a "balanced" approach - Fox on one giant monitor, CNN on the other. sigh.
