Protest with your money. Don't buy the crap...the overprocessed,
additives, addictive, empty calories, Faux News, clueless and uniformed
corporate media. Know what's in it, what you put into your body and
mind.
Be aware. Protest what isn't true, what isn't right and what is injust.

I'd be tuning in more if these shows were down at the protests
in the cities they broadcast from...
And am so tired of all the coverage of the very lame lineup
of candidates on the right. Don't want to waste my time.

And the good choices, the healthy choices, will mostly support small businesses and workers with the same ideals.

And by healthy, I mean not just physically, but mentally, spiritually, socially, politically, etc.
