1. Romney did
he was very smooth, and the other candidates treated him as if he was already the nominee - with kid gloves.

3. Hate to say it but Santorum did
When he was challenging Cain about his "999", plan and Santorum asked the audience how many people in New Hampshire want to pay a 9% federal sales tax put your hand up and not one hand went up. And then Santorum said there, thats how many votes you are going to get with that plan.
