It Could have been a HUGE embarassment if that Korean TD didn't pass--given that the days activities: (Address to Congress/Press Conference/State Dinner at WH) might have made for a very down visit for President Lee and First Lady Kim. But, did they know in advance if it would be GOOD NEWS? :shrug:
